More shine or a natural look
We can discuss higher-sheen and lower-sheen finishes, from a more pronounced wet look to a subtler appearance. The result depends on the stone or paver, its texture and the product used.
Paver sealing
Choose the finish that fits your space.
We look at the material, its current condition and how you use the area before recommending a sealer. We can discuss appearance, traction and joint care together.
Marble and travertine
Natural stone needs a compatible sealer selected for the specific surface and finish. We assess marble and travertine separately from concrete pavers and select a sealer suited to the material and desired finish.
Grip for wet areas
Around pools and other wet areas, we can evaluate lower-sheen options and a compatible grip additive or treatment when suitable. Traction depends on the material, texture and conditions; no finish makes a surface slip-proof.
Optional polymeric sand
Joint sand is not needed for every sealing job. If the joints and drainage make it appropriate and you want it, we can include polymeric sand as a separate option, with preparation and price explained in advance.
Careful application near pools and structures
We apply sealer to pool coping by hand with a sponge to help keep it out of the pool. Near walls, doors, drains and aluminum screen cages, we use a roller instead of spraying to control the application and protect nearby surfaces. On open patio and driveway areas, we use a pump sprayer when appropriate.
